Where we deliver

We deliver right across Canada, including Toronto Ontario, Montreal Quebec, Vancouver British Columbia, Calgary Alberta, Edmonton Alberta, Ottawa Ontario, Winnipeg Manitoba, Quebec City Quebec, Hamilton Ontario, Halifax Nova Scotia, Kitchener Ontario, London Ontario, Victoria British Columbia, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Regina Saskatchewan.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that, a flat $22.00 delivery charge applies. Whether an order qualifies for free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount code. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is a paid option you can pick in your cart. It costs a flat $22.00 for the whole order, and that charge applies even when your order already qualifies for free delivery.

We do not publish a separate delivery estimate for Express Shipping: the timing below applies to every order. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

How long it takes

Delivery takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier, after dispatch within 2 working days. In other words, we handle and pack your order within 2 working days, and delivery across Canada then takes up to 7 working days in transit. Delivery time varies by location.

Our delivery partners

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which is within 2 working days of your order. We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has been sent, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel using our Track Your Parcel page.

Separate packages

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. The squirrel trap ships from a different warehouse to the spike strips, so an order with both often arrives in two parcels.

If your order does not arrive

Tell us straight away at theteam@squirrelspikes.shop with your order number and we will sort it out. How we handle orders that go missing or arrive damaged is set out on our Refunds & Returns page.
